hey! i'm just here to make pokemon adopts and have a good time! >:] let me know if you've got any
suggestions or anything for how to run this better, for now i'm just winging it? they'll also come with
little sprite edits!

the rules are pretty light and simple! credit me as the designer where appropriate, don't harass me
about adopts (? hopefully you wouldn't anyway haha), and don't steal designs you didn't win? that's
all i can think of tbh!

if you want to sell or trade adopts you win that's totally a-ok as long as you aren't just flipping for
profit, but it's not like i actually have any way to enforce that rule besides a general scrunching of my
brow and a narrowing of my eyes if i suspect you might be trying to do that? it's not like i can tell
between flipping for profit and a genuinely failed attempt at connecting with a design yknow lol, just
like... be nice?

anyway, i'm tg, nice to meetcha, hopefully you like the things i draw :'] <3

oh yeah! also! i definitely plan to implement breeding sometime, if people are interested in that,
just gotta figure out how to swing it so i don't get overwhelmed! cause i get overwhelmed easy lol

hey, just wanted to drop by and mention a few things
i love this idea! the bg is very organized and fitting! ♥

i dont know if this is a very good idea
your first adopt, politoed, is an actual pokemon: from pokemon: which is copyrighted
you may get in trouble if you do not give full credit and/or take payment for these
you are also making adopts and treating them as if the person that was winning it were gaining full ownership of them, which can also get them into trouble if they arent careful
i dont wanna sound rude, i just dont want you to get in trouble for anything you werent aware of

something i suggest instead is to make pokemon themed adopts. not really already-existing pokemon with different colour schemes or mutations, but maybe some original creations based off of already existing pokemon or pokemon fusions

though you can really do whatever! im sure people would love them regardless! ♥
id love love love to help out with anything! ive loved pokemon and character designing ever since i was an iddy-biddy lad, so this stuff is really awesome to work with ♥♥

i mean obviously ye pokemon aren't my creation and etc, that goes without saying if that's what you mean? ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ just makin some individual members of the species with enough difference to be unique without strayin too far yknow (like yeah ofc the first adopt is A politoed, but the bab's got an altered color scheme/backwards antennae/knee and elbow swirlies/their own personality :'])

i'll be doin fusions if/when i start doing breedings, but otherwise i'd rather stick to canonical species for the main thread!

ty though! I'm not lookin for more staff or anything if that's what you meant in the last paragraph but it's not like I'm the first to do this kinda thing haha!

edit: o yeah also I'm v glad you noticed the background, i spent longer than i should have trying to get it to match up to the og hgss layout as best i could :')!!
