A Foxerfly is a fox-like creature that is rather small; about the size of a house cat. Their very unique feature is the pair of wings on their back that allows them to fly unlike any other four-legged being. There are three different types of wings of a Foxerfly that resemble wings of insects. Butterfly, Dragonfly, Bee, Moth and Wasp.

Their diet consists of everything a normal fox would eat; berries, eggs, small rodents, fruit, and they may chew on your veggie garden! They are shy and extremely secretive among creatures of different kinds, so they are not seen often.
They are super friendly and adorably lovable, so give them all your love and lots of cuddles!
Be nice to your Foxerfly; they will only choose the one right for them.

Basic Rules
- You may only adopt up to 4 Foxerflies.
- You may only have 3 nursery batch Foxerflies
- Permanent Artists (PAs) can have 5 adopted Foxerflies and two customs
(PLEASE SEE STAFF FOXERFLIES! =D)
-Give me and my artists respect toward our decisions.
-Customs will never be open. Wait to adopt one that we make!
-Do not ask to be a guest artist/artist/mod unless the applications are open.
-You may not sell your Foxerfly.
-Get permission to gift away your unwanted Foxerfly. And make sure they go to a very good home! If you are not sure, please ask for your Foxerfly to be re-adopted by me/original artist.
-Let me know of all Foxerfly gift lines. You may create gift lines even if you don't own one.
-Foxerflies are allowed to be a commonly used character, but NOT your Fursona.
-Your Foxerfly can only breed through the nursery. (see link!) NEVER breed it with a character that is not a Foxerfly.
-DO NOT steal the name 'Foxerfly', any Foxerflies owned by other CS users, or the concept. Do not make a character that highly resembles a Foxerfly, and do not make a character that is one.
- Do not complain if you don't win the Foxerfly you applied for. The desision of me or my artists is final, as is their desision to make a runner-up or not. Always respect that! <3

Item Rules
- If requested, the artist can add a persons name to give their Foxerfly items
- The items should relate to their design or charm
- ABSOLUTELY NO HAIR
- Owners can give 'costumes' for certain events, e.g Christmas, Easter, Halloween, etc
- Costumes can have wigs
- Extra fur and line edits are permitted ONLY with my permission and/or the artist's permission
- Changing the wing type of your Foxerfly is ABSOLUTELY not permitted
- some suitable item ideas include;

• scarves
•jumpers
• leg/tail warmers
• socks
• wing accessories
• plush toy companions
• piercings (if it suits the design)
• ribbons

Growth and Breeding Rules
- It is 2 months between each stage of growth
- Foxerflies are adults at 4 months
- It's preferred if you ask the original artist to grow your Foxerfly
- Foxerflies cannot be bred until they have been an adult for a minimum of 1 month
- Foxerflies can only have 1-2 kits
- Foxerflies only breed once (RULE MAY CHANGE)
- This means Foxerflies can have a maximum of 2 kits in their lifetime (RULE MAY CHANGE)
- Kits don't count in your limit of 4; you may have 4 adopts and 3 bred
- If 2 kits are bred, then one MUST go to the owner of the other parent OR adopted/given away
- Same-sex mates can breed normally!
- FOXERFLIES MATE FOR LIFE! ❤

Talents and Charms
The thing that Foxerflies are most sensitive about is their talents. When a Foxerfly kit is very young, they do not have any talent. At the correct time of life, each will find a special something about them! Their parents, observe this very closely throughout the kit's development. When they are certain the moment has arrived, they present the young Foxerfly with a charm on a string that represents their talent. This is attached to either the base of their tail, the front paw, or the back paw. It stays there for life.

Talents can be anything in a Foxerfly's life. Something they're good at or something they love. Patterns of their coats normally represent their talent also, and their charm and talent NEVER ever change. It is not a decision, but a destiny.

Other Info
Foxerflies are born with their wings developed but eyes shut. Eyes open within ten days, and flying begins between one and a half to two months of age.
Foxerfly coats and wings are mostly brightly or beautifully coloured, and dull fur will usually have bright somewhere. It's fairly common to see a dull one, but bright is preferred amongst the Foxerfly culture.
Their sound is that of a mix between a cat and a fox, but lighter and more musical, like a bird. Their call is rather recognisable. When being defensive and mean, their sound can screech, hiss and snarl, but when pleased they are capable of purring. ❤
Foxerflies are also excellent swimmers. Their small, hollow-boned figure allows splendid buoyancy, their wings act as fins or propellors, and their long, fluffy tail can keep balance. They also adore climbing trees and do so well, as well as being talented diggers to create burrows.

All artists have different methods of adopting out Foxerflies, but of course feel free to ask any questions. We're friendly and we don't bite! (except me. I nibble.)

PA Rules
- No copying any designs from any adoptable or any character ANYWHERE
- Do not make an overly large or seriously small charm
- Make your charm reasonable
- THEY MUST HAVE A CHARM!!
- You may put the charm in a different spot; the string lines pre-created are just if you don't feel like it <3
- DO NOT MAKE NEW WING TYPES! You may, of course, make edits. I ENCOURAGE edits c;
- Don't edit the lines tooooooooo much
- NO HAIR; Foxerflies may have have a small mane on the back of their necks but not a full-on hairstyle
- You may own 5 Foxerflies and make 2 for yourself (custom/Staff Foxerflies)
- I will allocate the artist of every 50th Foxer
- You are of course permitted to host events! Just briefly discuss it with me first - I do love events but can't do them alone.

GA Rules
- Most of the PA rules apply
- You may be a GA for 2 weeks, and make BETWEEN 2 and 7 Foxerflies. (2 weeks so it's easy to keep track, and the number may vary if applicable)
- You are allowed 4 Foxerflies like others, and are permitted to make a custom if you wish (keeping in mind it is counted as 1 of your 4)
- If your designs are outstanding, you may get to be a PA. This is unlikely, however

Mod Rules
- No being mean; we're a happy, friendly community, so don't ruin it from our friends; the Foxerfly fans!
- People aren't spamming by saying 'marking' or similar, it's only when they are excessively bumping or just doing smilies
- We want to encourage posting here!
- Give gentle warnings instead of really harsh, flat ones
- People are allowed to mini-mod to an extent. Acceptable mini-modding is letting others know of rules, reminding them of things, etc, but unacceptable is basically 'stealing your job'

Foxerflies are a very close re-vamp of my old adoptable, Flutter Fox Adopts. I have changed the name to Foxerfly because it is more original, and the name was thought of by fly. AWAY. DO NOT STEAL FOXERFLIES!
I am a very friendly person, so never be afraid to shoot a PM about anything you would like to know.

I believe that I am fairly good, being a 5-6 on a scale of 1-10, though not the absolute best at drawing with my mouse. Though, I have drawn with my mouse for a while now, and have gotten very used to it.
