is it possible to add some sort of design change to a kalon? i recently received a kalon via trade and he has barely any design. itd just be a simple tattoo which wouldn't pass down, and would be a big part of his story.

Is it okay to give kalons tattoos? Like, it wouldn't be on the official ref or pass down in breeding, just a tattoo?

I actually would like to know this as well..

they are non-rarity and can be included on a myo/custom without being able to pass in breeding [you must provide an unmarked reference], but cannot be added to existing or approved kalons without a possible [c;] future item.

I noticed that, in the rules, it says that for a kalon to be your fursona, you have to ask the original artist.

Does that mean Mintiature or the artist of the kal?

I know this sounds like a horrific question, but would it be possible to kill of a Kalon?

I love my babe to bits so I would never kill her off, but I have been curious about that. Obviously they would have to die one day, unless they were immortal (thus being legendary) but is it actually against the rules for one to die, while in your ownership? As in, could they be killed off in roleplay without getting a strike? Or is it against the rules to create how they would end up kicking the bucket?

Again, I have no intentions of harming my lovely kal. She's going to stay perfectly alive and happy with me. ^^

What is the difference between Myos and customs? Is it possible to buy a legendary myo/custom?

How do you pay with pets? I've seen a good amount of "proofs" by simply trade acceptance notes, so where do I go to do that?

You ask the artist who did the design of the Kalon. If that Kalon is a kit, you must also ask the owner(s) of the parents as well.

You are free to write the death of a Kalon if desired, but in the adoptable sense they will still be owned, around, and able to do all the normal Kalon things as they're still existing. As for the other question, MYOs are Customs! The difference is between MYO and HM customs. Legendary customs have been retired a while back however and currently there are no plans to reintroduce them. Finally, the pets for customs was a special deal during Checkinder's ownership back in December 2016 where for a couple of days people were allowed to trade CS pets for MYOs. This is no longer around either and again no plans for reintroduction at this time. c:

Controlling the glow would be more of a power, toward the Legendary magical abilities. I would think that it would be a consistent glow only "turned off" by covering it up.

So long as the length, texture, and color remain the same you can have an alternate style such as an up do for long hair. This must be done on a separate reference from the original and cannot be used in breeding. Additionally, it must be approved by staff in order to check consistency with the original hair.

Anyone can do Kalon growths/transfers so long as they get it approved by official Kalon staff when finished. ^^

Nope. You can trade multiple kalons so long as its between two users and then wait the cooldown. But you cant double up on it Im afraid!
