I'd also like to say that if I am accepted,my Oekaki isn't working right for me,so I'd have to do the designs on Sai and then have someone post a cover for me,unless I fix it today

As a GA, you are only allowed to make common/uncommon Plumerians. You are also allowed to make one(1) custom and three(3) adopts.
I, as a designer, am better at simpler or striped designs. I also like to use natural or colors not commonly used.

Yes, but keep in mind that most of, if not all, of my designs would be made on a different program than oekaki. My best designs are done with pen pressure, and unfortunately, that no longer works in oekaki on my main computer. It still works on my old PC, but the PC itself doesn't like working.
