Does a split tail (like an espeon's tail) count as a rare two tails edit, or just a common tail edit because they aren't separate? I forgot.

She was my HM custom a while back, and I did her myself. I had little to no knowledge of oekaki back then, evidently, and her hair lines are extremely thick and gross... so I was curious if I could change her reference and fix the hair lines? It would be the same hair, just better and thinner lines.

Yes that's fine! As long as you don't change the design at all it should be good! ^^

To start a split tail would be like a mutation, therefore a Rare edit and would fall under the Two Tails trait. As for the shine it isn't necessary to have both tails with the shine. You're free to only have them on one. ^^

I suppose it would be alright, since we already allow the gifting of HM custom slots. However to be clear these are more of semi-customs, so even if the person receiving the slot in the trade can determine palette/theme the majority of the looks is up to the artist (with slight changes able to be asked by the receiver). Just so everyone keeps that in mind when going to trade.
