Question, which is worse- Strike or Warning, and what's the difference?

Strike is worse. Warning is just a lenience you get before a strike on minor stuff. Three(?) strikes and you're temporary banned I believe, length depending on the severity of your offences.

Scars are perfectly fine. Any fur dye or tattoos aren't exactly enjoyed. Tattoos wouldn't work because you put a tattoo on skin and JBDs have fur. Fur dye sort of makes people go against the 4 color rule which is why it isnt allowed. c:

And regarding another thing, can owners ever make extremely minor changes to the design? As in, a JBD has 5 clusters of small purple dots all over the body. Would someone be allowed to re-locate one cluster to another part? Or maybe if it had stripes, lengthen them by about 50 pixels?

I think minor changes like that aren't against the rules, but I'm not sure. Just make sure you have the artist's permission. Again, I don't know this for sure. c:
