Hey there! Hopefully Fae is ok with me hopping on to reply to this. I believe submissions are fully closed and the color in is locked for new palettes, but artists are still working on palettes of their choice! I don't believe there has been an announcement of an end date for artists. Hope that helps and feel free to reach out further if you have any other questions <3
