Transaction of ownership is permanent. New owner is not allowed to sell the Napacellos and any further transitions between ownership must be approved by the original owner (Khans).

The species should not stray from its original path and should not change in a drastic manner (no super powers, unnatural colors, etc). The species is meant to be realistic and give the adoptee a since of owning, competing, etc their very own horse.

Competitions, raffles, events will not cost money or pets to those participating.

Jump offs will continue. Dressage, halter, hunters, equtation, eventing, hunter on the flat, carriage/ driving classes, humane fox hunting, vaulting, prix caprilli, high school dressage/ haute école, and extreme trail are the only competitions/events that can be conducted. No other events/ competitions such as racing, gymkhana, etc are allowed.

No altering the Napacello history is allowed

Napacellos are not allowed off-site

Adoptions, customs, breeding, competitions are to be conducted and judged fairly and kindly. Any form of bias is strictly forbidden from all staff.

Adoptees, visitors, and staff are treated professionally, respectfully, empathetically, and judiciously. The community is what makes this species.

More staff can be added as necessary and does not need permission from the original owner (Khans).

A version 2 of the Napacellos is forbidden.

The new owner/staff is to be active and present in the community.

All current staff is to be grandfathered in

Current rules cannot be removed are altered in anyway

The old owner(s) are to be grandfathered in with permission to the lines and are to be included/ treated like staff

The old owner(s) has permission to make recommendations and give input to the direction of the species.

Breaking the above terms and conditions will lead to an immediate lock of all Napacello fourms including the Main page, fanclub, breeding forum, competition forum, and customs forum.

From there, the Napacellos will permanently discontinue.
