The admins have all agreed that every artist is allowed to make ONE semi-special RPW for the Holiday (should have something to do with Halloween!). What 'semi' special means, is that the RPW can have one minor line edit and a special paint (no wings or tail edits or anything too big; hair or tufts on the legs or ear edits are acceptable), or it can have one major line edit (but then it can only have common, uncommon, or rare paint). You cannot make new lines for the RPW, it must be on the normal lines!

Within those confines, have fun guys!
