One question, though: Can we use pictures not made by us for art? I mean, at least one piece of original probably, but others that we had commissioned or that we colored in?

It is different for each artist, you will have to ask whoever design the Kiamara you are going for.

But for my contests, yes, you can commission for art as long as you have a minimum of one piece by you.
