responsibilities will include:

- approving transfers and purchases/ticket claims on the point bank
- making semi-regular announcements that link to open adoptables (once every 1-2 weeks)
- making sure the registrar is updated
- judging competitions that have not been judged 3 weeks past the end date
- generally taking initiative with activity (since i can't always be around!)
- ????????

staff will receive an extra rare trait ticket per month, perhaps a custom by yours truly...?
