I'm going to start over my counter for this adoption center for a good couple reasons XD
New year, I've been running events, and just lost track and been months since I've posted in the main adoption center

I do have a couple of questions tho.

I was wondering, will the event adopts, especially the Halloween ones, ever be judged?
And regarding the Halloween event, I won a semi-custom, when will this be made?

No they are not regular adopts. That rule mainly applies towards ordered customs.
