What ways would you deal with a situation? It always depends on the situation, but there is a general way I go about handling things.
For an example, I respond to misbehavior by issuing three verbal warnings (the first being sent through PM as to not embarrass the user in case
of it just being an accident. If the user continues to display abuse of the rules, then the last following warnings will be directly where the issue
was made. After that, harder punishment will be called for, and I will immediately contact the owner of the thread/species regarding the situation.
If it's just a matter of being confused and asking questions, I am always willing to lend a helping hand! And I am always polite in every situation
and if I feel as though what I said came out a little harsh, I will reassure that I mean no ill will or ask if what I had said hurt anyone in any way and apologize.
I also double as a great helper for events, and can be there whenever anyone calls. I am always online (either through mobile or laptop) so no worries!

what ways would you deal with a situation?; it depends on the situation. Like if someone was using someone else's art I would kindly ask them to stop, and PM you about it.

What ways would you deal with a situation?; Well, I'd calmly type what they did wrong, and what to do and what not to do next time c:
* NEVER say anything in a rude way, try to find a win-win scenario for all of us.
* Be sure to give them a soft-but-strict warning.
* There is another person on the other side of the screen, be careful what you say. You can never hear expression in text.
* If getting serious, PM you or even a CS Mod (Hopfully not!).

what ways would you deal with a situation?;
• Always: Stay unbiased and fair. Respond kindly, never be mean or lash on someone for a mistake.
PM the user in question with the problem and solution. Gather the information properly and stick to the rules, encouraging others to do so as well.
• If the problem is serious: PM you right away, and take proper action. If necessary, report to staff. Never engage in an argument.
• The jobs: Daily check ongoing comps. and flatsales (even if all slugs already sold) for any problems, questions, or rule-breakers. And check the fanclub, and help if/where needed! Also, if any giftlines are made, regularly check to make sure no fake slugs have been made.
• Warnings: I'd have to ask you if you have a "warning" system, and if you did, I'd go along with your rules. But if not, and you wanted to have us pass out warnings, I'd probably start out with a PM asking them to fix their mistake within a couple of days, and if they did not fix whatever went wrong within that timeline, I'd given them one more PM before an actual warning that would take away some privilege, like no adopting or posting on the fanclub for a week or so. I'd PM you and the other staff of this warning so they know to keep an eye out for that user. But really, it would all depend on the situation.
Of course, we're only here to help! Answering questions is part of the fun, too. We're there if you need us, and if you need help you shouldn't be afraid to ask.

what ways would you deal with a situation? Well, firstly, I'd pm the person notifying them with what they did wrong and asking them to not do it again. After all, what ever happened is most likely just a misunderstanding. However, if they'd repeatedly done it or they were doing something more serious like insulting members or stealing some one's sushi slug, I'd give out some type of punishment relating to whatever they did. For example, it could be removal of posting privileges in the fanclub, not being able to adopt sushi slugs, or even being banned permanently from sushi slugs.
