Another Note to Artists:

Make sure that when a tomcat's grown, you add the layer "Tom Lines". This will make an extra layer of cheek fur which defines toms from queens. Don't use "Cheek Fluff" unless you're making a bobcat, lynx, or REALLY fluffy cat.

Saving issues...I used to have those. Try deleting layers you won't need like wings and extra backgrounds. You're cat should save then.
