Have you read the front page?: Yes of course :)
Will you pick up this mustang on the 22nd of June?: Sure! Its a Mustang! I would never leave it alone ;)
Will you train this mustang?: As good as Im able to!
What are some of your training plans?:
First of all, I will try to gain my horses trust. Trust is important and I will also have to learn to trust him/her. Afterwards I will try to find out what he/she is like. Is he/she more the active, or more the lazy type of horse. Thats important to get my training plan set up. I need to know whta my horse needs to be at least a little motivated for training. Well, and then we will finally start training. There are a few things, that my horse will have to learn first, not depending on which character he/she has. These are accepting a halter, a saddle and a bridle. And later on of course, a rider. The rest of my training will be based on the character. For example, a very active and teachable horse will get trough training a lot quicker, and maybe will leran more than a very stubborn and lazy horse. I will have to do a lot of extra training with last type of horse.

Will you pick up this mustang on the 22nd of June?: I am so exited, the date is marked in my reallife planner xD
Will you train this mustang?: Sure! I love the smelling of wilderness and the feeling of untaimed blood. To see and protect the beauty of an unbroken soul.
What are some of your training plans?: (Minimum Answer Length: Three Sentences ; Maximum Answer Length: Three Paragraphs) I am a huge Fan of the old but unmatched methods of Linda Tellington Jones and the Clicker Training. I will train the Mustang absolutely with my Trainer, first time from the ground with everything important - longe, training for confidence, bar training, coolness and respect training. And after that, when the Mustang is solid without rider, i will begin with the acclimatization of saddle and bit and human weight on its back - everything doing calm and step by step.

The first step is getting him to my ranch and getting him comfortable with the new environment. I'll leave him be for a while so that he calms down. Then I'll begin gaining his trust, slowly stepping toward him and giving him treats. When he allows me to get close enough, I'll begin presenting him with tack pieces and soon, put them on him. During the end, I'll begin to mount him for short periods of time. Soon he'll get used to the feeling and trust me to be on top of him./center]

Have you read the front page?: Yes.
Will you pick up this mustang on the 22nd of June?: Yes, unless I am without Internet then it will be ASAP.
Will you train this mustang?: Yes, I can't wait.
What are some of your training plans?: Once the mustang is where he needs to be, this may be shown with art and/or creative writing. I will then bond with the horse, via development of the character which will be my main focus for a good few days. Then, when I am able tacking will become a focus alongside socialization, a social horse is a good horse as my grandad use to say. When he is more use to the idea of tack and other animals and people being around, the painful process if getting him use to riding will begin.

Yes

Yes

Yes
What are some of your training plans?:
I would start with letting the mustang get used to her/his surroundings before I began my bonding work. I would want my mustang to be as comfortable with its surroundings before I did anything with it. I would be letting it get used to the barn, my other mustang, and other critters running around my place.

When I feel it is comfortable with its surroundings I would begin the bonding, and once I feel we have bonded I would begin working on tacking it, and leading it around with the tack on. When I feel like its ready I would begin mounting, Start by sitting on it for only a while then getting off and leading it around. After I would begin by walking, then work towards trotting, and when it was ready canter.

After is has the basic down, I would begin working on a certain type of riding. My favorite being Barrels.

Have you read the front page?: Countless times, but yes!
Will you pick up this mustang on the 22nd of June?: Of course!
Will you train this mustang?: Yep, I'll do my best!
What are some of your training plans?: Well, some of the horse's training will depend on its personality, but the first thing I'll do is to let it get accustomed to its surroundings. I'll be spending as much time as possible with the horse making sure it will get used to my presence. Then I'll start on gaining its trust, getting the horse to allow me to touch it and desensitizing it to new, strange objects and sounds. Of course there are always going to be some treats for the horse. Once that's done, I'll start on getting it familiar with the halter, then the saddle and bridle. Getting on the horse won't be an easy feat, but it's necessary. After it'll let me get on it, I'll teach it different commands and we'll go on some trail rides. I'm also considering in training the horse to jump.

Have you read the front page?: Took some time for me to read both the front page and the artists information, but I got to it!
Will you pick up this mustang on the 22nd of June?: That's my friends birthday...I'm not sure what her plans are but I can try.
Will you train this mustang?: Yes, devoted.
What are some of your training plans?: Depending on the age of the horse, if its young then I am planning on teaching it some tricks, like how to bow down, and sit, and pretty much the basics. Now if its an older horse (5-9), maybe some riding will do and possibly jumping, or barrel racing. Depending on what my mustangs personality will be.

Have you r e a d the front page?: yes I have uvu
Will you pick up this mustang on the 2 2 n d of June?: of course quq
    Will you t r a i n this mustang?: most likely <:
    What are some of your t r a i n i n g plans?: Not against the horse,
but I will refer to the horse as 'it' because of unknown gender uvu
Well-- I want this horse to know me from the beginning. so I don't
want to wait until the horse is used to it's surroundings before I
begin training with it. So every night and every day I will stand
outside the fence and hold a carrot over the edge. For a while I'm
guessing it will not come up to me, so I plan to leave the carrot at
the edge of the fence, soon the horse will know there will be
    carrots there.
I think that once I'm able to I should start with walking the horse
with a rope. As the horse gets used to walking I will try to trot it.
Though the horse may resist, it will take determination to get it
    to canter.
Once the horse knows me I will begin attempting tack. Though I'm
sure I will be thrown once or twice, it will get the horse used to
being under a saddle and having weight on top of it. The horse
should soon let me sit on it. And that's just the start XD

Will you pick up this mustang on the 22nd of June?: Of course I will! I wish, in fact, that it would come sooner! qvq
Will you train this mustang?: Absolutely! It'll be super fun to practice my art skills and such <3
What are some of your training plans?: sorry this is gonna be really long okay
So the first thing I would do is allow the horse its own space. I would leave it alone, making minimal contact other than feeding and watering, to allow it to become accustomed to its surroundings. After about a week of this, I'd begin taming the horse. I would use the method in which you work your horse on a lunge line in circles, driving it away until it accepts your dominance. It's amazing how effective this trick is, and this plus a few other trust exercises makes me guess this will take only a week and a half or so.
After my dominance is established, I would begin light training. There will be tons of work on the lunge line, getting the horse used to bits and saddles, and lots of carrots and apples in between. In particular I imagine I would use the trick of weighting the saddle with a bag of sand to mimic the weight of a rider on my horse's back.
During the course of the beginner's training for my still-green horse, I'll be assessing its personality a lot. Is it cheeky? Energetic? Playful? Lazy? I'll try to find out, based on its likes and dislikes, strengths and weaknesses, where it would best be suited in the competition world. I imagine the beginner's training will take a bit less than a month to a month to complete.
Continuing to the intermediate training would be the next step. In the beginning, I would train a bit where the beginner's course ended- starting to ride the horse. I would get it completely accustomed to me riding it, then begin the intermediate training- walk, trot and canter. I'd start by doing each exercise, from ground poles to serpentines, and all the while doing trust exercises to keep the horse bonded with me. For instance, there's the "around the world", done tacked up or bareback- turning around on your horse so you're sitting backwards, and then back again. At the end of intermediate I'd hopefully be done assessing my horse and begin its training for its future career. Again, it would take a month or so to complete.
The last month will be consumed by advanced training, where I'd do whatever necessary to prepare the horse for competition- barrel racing? Gymkhanas? Showjumping? Dressage? Whatever it was suited for, I'd do. This would take up the remainder of the time.

edit ;; actually i think this is too long oops ene

Have you read the front page?: Yep, I have. c:
Will you pick up this mustang on the 22nd of June?: I'd pick it up sooner if I could - it'll be marked on my calendar! c;
Will you train this mustang?: That's the plan. I want to practice my art skills and develop a better understanding of both horse and human anatomy.
What are some of your training plans?:
The first step is to introduce myself to the horse in a manner which is non-threatening. This includes making eye contact, and then sliding my eyes down to the shoulder, which is basically a way of saying "Hey, can we be friends? I'm not a threat." I will then spend a few days building trust and interest. One of the slightly less orthodox methods of doing this entails sitting in the corner of a paddock/stall (with an escape route within reach) and reading a book. When the horse takes a few steps towards you, you ignore it. When it (hopefully) approaches you, you ignore it. When it (again, hopefully) shows a sign of curiosity, such as reaching towards you with it's head or standing close to you, you ignore it. You do this until the horse seems to be relaxed with your presence. You then let the horse come close to you and attempt to touch it. When you can lightly touch or gently stroke it, you move on to gentling the horse more. Just spending time with the horse in general, to make sure it is comfortable.

Then I will move on to "pressure and release" training. This includes asking your horse to do a task such as move in a circle around you. When the horse relaxes and the movement becomes "responsive" rather than "reactive" you stop asking. You then ask for the horse to face you with it's head. If it does so, you take a step back. If it refuses, you ask for more movement and then offer it a place to stop and try again. You then offer the horse a sniff of your hand. If it refuses, you ask for movement. If it agrees, you step back and so on. Once I have these movements done solidly, I will move on to liberty work such as asking for a shoulder yield and quarter yield. These show the horse is now willing to work around a human without fleeing. Soon I will be able to attach a lead on to the head collar (halter) and will move on to conventional ground work with more yielding and movement on the rope. I will continue with this until the horse really seems to be trusting and allows me to gentle him without responding with fear or tension. I may also use some bamboo work here to get the horse used to having his back/legs/quarters touched and light pressure applied. Desensitization will begin here, starting with objects such as a lunge whip used with low to medium energy and moving on to tarps and other "scary" objects. I will also work on his feet and getting him used to them being handled.

Once I have the roundpen exercises completed solidly, I will then introduce the horse to the saddle and bridle at liberty and on the lunge line. Depending on the personality of the horse, this could take any amount of time. I will then back the horse and work on walking around before moving up to other gaits. From then on it will be mostly conventional training that any green horse would get. Once I am comfortable with the horse being ridden I will begin with more technical movements and after choosing a discipline that the horse seems to excel the most at, I will take part in a few local shows. This, along with furthering the horses desensitization and making him more comfortable with clipping/bathing/shoeing/hacking out ect. should take the rest of my time.
