So...how does breeding work?
I've been reading through the thread and have a couple questions.
-No surprise, I'm the always asking questions person-
But anyways:

▪ Do bred foals count towards your total of Tempestine? Or do they have their own limit? Since you can breed the mares five times.
▪ Is breeding even open? And how do you go about it? Should I PM one of the artists if I want to breed two of my Tempestine's?

So yup XD I'm just a bit curious lol.
