How would I go about hosting a re-adopt for my tolters? Should I just set up a thread for it and then notify the archivist when they've got a new owner? Thank you!

That's the way a lot of people go about it!
You can also post on the fanclub with your information, or just ask your friends if anyone wants one of the tolters if you want to be less formal about it. As well as PMing the archivists, it's also polite to post on the tolters' adoption page saying who you've relocated them to :)

It was the same for me when I first joined, don't give up just keep filling out adoption applications and you will eventually get one.

this is me just saying, please give credit for all my designs. they arent in my gallery anymore and some of the older ones arent the best but still, i did draw them.

Generally, people seem to make their Tolters more 'human-like', and give them personalities that reflect people. So if you'd like to make your Tolter have human-like characteristics when it comes to what makes them, them, you're free to!
