Make an area specifically for customs? I always get really excited when I see one and think it’s an adopt then it kinda bums me out to see that it isnt.

hello! this is an idea that has been brought up, and there are a few pros and cons. the obvious pro is the one you stated - that people might think that they are adopts. cons are that customs do not have a special lineart (like the nursery) or event traits, so they don't have a specific letter and therefore add to the count of normal rabbits (kits have a K, event adopts have an E). if the cottontails were sorted more than they are now, it might become hard for artists to number their adopts, as they would have to look in multiple places.
i hope this makes sense? and thanks for the suggestion! it's definitely a possibility for the future, but for now we ask that everyone jsut looks for the 'adopt me' sign before getting their hopes up about an adopt! <3

That makes sense I suppose. Perhaps customs have their own number category? Of course that would be renunbering a lot of buns, so I understand. Either way, thank you for responding and explaining things a little better
