I greatly apologize to anyone this inconveniences, but I just found out that this year is a common year, which means that February 31st doesn't exist. *darb* So sorry, everyone. The event will actually be starting on the last day of February - and that means it will be starting on the 28th. Again, I apologize about the mix-up. I totally forgot that this year is a common year, which means that there are less days in February than there normally are. And somehow, I also forgot that February normally has 28 days, and in leap years has 29 - the month never goes over 30 days in length. Seriously, I'm so sorry about the mix-up on my part, everyone.
