Can you uses Oekaki: Yes, I know my way around the Oekaki pretty well.

Will you be able to make a design around once a month if you become an official artist? Yes.

Extra: I do commissions for a living, so I'm on the internet all the time. I'll admit I'm not on CS as much as of late, but I know if I had something to do here I would be on a lot more. And I REALLY love this species, they're totally awesome.
