Yes! But you cant buy them as items or in legendary myos! Its possible through breeding, event items(sometimes) and unmade legendary myos that have been purchased before they were taken out of store!

i know that i must own a kalon two weeks before i can trade it away, but must i wait two weeks to gift it? i got a kit from a nursery batch that i'd like to gift, but i'm not sure if i have to wait two weeks to gift it or if i only have to wait two weeks to trade it. thank you in advance~

You only have to wait two weeks to trade a kalon, you do not have to wait two weeks to gift one! ovo Just make sure Jishokoi is notified about the change in ownership :0c

What's allowed for halos under 'rare'? Like if I want a halo made of flowers or stars or something is that allowed under 'rare' or is that 'legendary' because of elemental aspects?

This would be considered Legendary due to the Elemental aspect (: It can be star or Flower shaped but not be actual Stars/Flowers. So as long as know that there is no actual Stars or flowers involved in the making of said halo. Unless they are Accessories added then they must be Clearly viewed as accessories.
