When choosing a permanent mate, there is still no wait limit, right? You can post a form whenever so long as the simas are adults and someone has slots open?

If you want to breed them right away, there's nothing saying that you can't. However, if you wish to use the soulmate perk later on [adds an extra breeding to the pair] they must be mates for two weeks before their first breeding.
