Why do you want to be the Archivist?: I like to be organized and to organize things and I think this is a really cool adoptable concept. I'd like to contribute in any way I can to its success.
Any past experience?: I have created archives for my own adoptables and for other's. Admittedly that was several years ago, though, so take that as you will ^^'
Ideas on how to do the archives: I'm thinking it would be best to create an archive forum post here in cs under the archive forums in the adoptables section. (Though I am familiar with creating a Google doc for archives as well and I've created archiving websites before so I am open to what you would prefer. I just thought it would be appropriate to keep all links in cs).
Obviously there would be links to all the other Wonderous Adoption Agency pages at the top and a description of what we are about. There would also be a section for navigating the thread so you don't have to scroll as much if you don't want to. The next three or so posts would contain on-oekaki adopts, starting with the first one created and onward. There would an "owned" or "unowned" status under each. Then there would either be a "customs/semi-customs" section and/or an "events" section to account for things like the opening event and myos. Finally I think would add a "specials" section for things like claiming on the artist search.
Then there would be three or so posts after that with similar sections and statuses, this time for off-oekaki adopts.
Other: That's just a general idea, of course. If you have a particular vision for what you want your archive to look like, I would love to try and make it happen. I need to re-learn some basic forum coding, but I actually used to be pretty good at it and I look forward to learning it again.
