yes, rat tails are still legendary. as are custom tails that lack the form of a normal Keipah tail.

this has the same color as the legendary teir, BUT these edits cannot be accessed by anyone. their "retired" in a sense.
unless staff asks for it. community members can ask but it's unlikely.
