Forgive me for such a late reply. In fact, I myself am uncertain of this. As of right now, that has not been publicly decided at the least.

Apologies! It's been super busy over here, so I, unfortunately, was unable to give any updates on anything. I'll be making a rare Xalo soon for my reappearance. Another apology that there was no Christmas event! It would have been impossible to start one since we were so late into the month of December. (I wanted to start on the 5th AT LEAST, but it was undoable.)

You can breed the same Xalos up to 3 times. This is because the max number of children a Xalo can have is 3 at a time, using a RNG. Your kept amount of Xalos is limited, as you should know, so this keeps it low.
A cooldown is used ONLY if you are using the same 2 Xalos to breed. Cooldowns last a week before you can breed them again.
