Yes they do and many people have already said that but the owner said.

what people fail to realise is that no art is original because that is how one develops, such as structures, recipes.. well everything in life. However, I did not get this idea from espeon anyway, I actually was influenced by The Dash Card from Sakura.

I liked the Espeon-ness and made a custom like Espeon. I didn't bother to say anything.

The resemblance is similar, but different at the same time I think that's part of the reason why a second lineart was made. To.. UnEspeonize it.
