If we're already added to a nursery baby's reference do we still have to grow them from the growth thread Pandora posted? Or can we grow them straight from the original post?

That rule doesn't matter anymore, now you can gift/trade your kias whenever you want, how ever many times you want. The other owner has say yes though to you.

You can grow them on either! The post was made just for people who didn't have access to their kiamara's drawing.

Yes, you can always make your own references, but you can't use these official oekaki lines off of the oekaki. vuv

I have a question about line transfers and how they are going to be done? I've been waiting on one for several months now, and with the change I'm not sure how transfers are being done now.

If you know which artist was going to do it ask them if they are still planning on doing it. If you don't know or if they said they won't do it, pandora said that she can add you to the growth lines (linked above in a post) and you can do it yourself or find someone to do it for you.

In theory staff doesn't really have anything against it and some of us really would like to open that up - but there are line transfer items that were bought so it would not be fair to those users. But it might happen if something can get worked out for that?? Right now it's a no, though!

No you do not still have to get permission, you can do it yourselves if you feel it must be so!
