i agree, a lot of the artist aren't posting enough adopts, it would be best to make a new artist competition, no?
i also agree on the smaller lines, since right now there isn't much room for any edits at all. having child lines would be super cute too!! ;33

Most artists around here arent doing much work lately. I was kind of thinking of holding a second artist competition! How does that sound? I would hire about 3-6 artists to get this place up and running a bit more.
Ad i may also update the lines a bit! You know, clean them up a bit, update the background, change the pose a bit. Make them a but more..."cute"? Lol. Also, i may make the lines smaller, so more room for line edits. They will still be practically the same, just a smaller lineart and a slight pose change. And i may add a 'child' lines. (the younger ones we have right now are teen) What does everyone think? Its just this place has been so dead lately ^^'

Um... Ok, yeah, maybe just 2-4 artists though because then we'll have an overflow of designs. I agree that you should make child lines and clean up the adult lines, but I don't think you should change the posture... we haven't had these lines that long and I've always thought the posture was unique.

Well, having an overflow of designs would still be better than what we have right now. Like, compare our dead thread to the ones of Kiamaras or JBDs. They come up with one design at least every few days. We post a POD every few weeks... Thats why i think we should have so many. And the amount of artists would vary on the amount of entries i actually like ^o^

And yes, the adult lines NEED cleaning up and better organization.
Ad i wouldnt change the posture MAJORLY, like sitting or running. Maybe it could be like this still, but have an option of having one paw up, or having it down? Lol. And yes, most species dont have this posture.

And one more thing.
Should i shade the new lines slightly, or none at all? It just kinda seems overwhelming. ^^'

You know, maybe to incorporate both your ideas with the feet, you could have the tip of the paw touching the ground. Kinda like horses do with their hooves when their tired or resting, that might meet you guys half way so you both get what you want!
Is this a good idea?

I think smaller lines would be a great idea! And shading would be nice, not too much if you dont want though.
An artist comp would be a great way to get PODs more active. It has been rather slow lately, also because school has started/is starting for many people now.

I think there should be special lines for events and such, like the ones my Kichona are on (The different PPS lines) as long as it wont be too much to handle. c:

That sounds great Uft. (Do you mind if I still call you that?) I think just slightly shading sounds good but going completely overboard might be a hassle.
