I say no to PMs. If you don't care enough to even check the thread if you won, then maybe you shouldn't deserve that dragon. I'll send reminders (sent one already) but PMing everyone is too much work for no purpose. If you want the dragon, you'll check the thread. If you don't, you'll still get a reminder.
Edited for spelling.

I think all of this is a good idea, but maybe the new rule's a tad unfair? Like, for example, if I won a dragon then took it and was RPing it all over the place and super loved it, maybe forgot to post on the BD thread, and I joined some dragon RP and some other random person who had adopted the same dragon I had adopted 'cos it went up for adoption again joined it aswell, well, that could count as stealing his character and then I could get into trouble and would hardly be my fault? I know, it's unlikely, but you never know :3
Just a thought. I guess everyone checks their PMs ^^

I PMed the winner almost 2 weeks ago to let me know that they acknowledge that they had won the dragon. They haven't even read my PM yet; it is still in my Outbox.
So I did let them know about it, and they never responded. I would like people who actually WANT dragons to win these, so I would be all up for reassigning this dragon if the user does not respond to me by Sunday (that will give them a full two weeks and this weekend).

I guess you're right. That's just plain rude. They should reply in some sort of way, even if it's just a 'Thanx! (:' on the thread. You should give them one week giving them a warning like '
Hello again, I don't know if you got my last PM, but...' just incase they didn't get the PM or something, then tell them they're losing they're dragon, otherwise someone who really wanted one is missing out. I think that's fair.

They've been on since it was drawn, and they haven't bothered to open the PM. I'd say they don't care.

Agreed. We'll wait til sunday then reassign it. :3 I'll add this new info the front page for future reference.
Calico, will you just generate another number out of the applications already put in?
Neri, according to 3B they've been online in the past 2 weeks. c:
