Customs are no longer available-- elkrin, as well as the Rune dragon adopts, have been moved to the Eldemore adoptable site linked to in the post just above yours.

The Custom Elkrin Adopts are closed on CS. They've moved to their own site, http://eldemore.com/, where you can adopt them and many other unique creatures. ^^
