Okay so I'm sure this is just a misunderstanding. I posted an item request when it was open. The orderings for SR were closed. So I waited and I didn't get my items. The orderings for items became closed so I waited. They are now closed again and I still do not have my items. Can we please work this out?

If ordering for SRs were closed, that goes for all orders, whether the blurb by the form says open or not. I forgot that was there for a while, hence the confusion. My bad; getting better at keeping that part updated too ^^' I'm sorry for the wait; when we open again, please re-post your form.
Bel also usually does all the SR orders before the items as well, as the SRs usually take longer to make
So sorry for the inconvenience; when your order is finally processed, there won't be any charge.
