They decided what better way than to send her off with a Pokemon? At the age of 16, she'll be older than most first-time trainers. about your trainer: Kai has always loved everything fire - Pokémon, flame-themed clothing. Actual fire. So when her friend somehow got her an invite to a secretive park full of all sorts of Pokémon - including fire ones - she'd packed her bags and headed out before the moon could rise.

Of course, her friend had gotten her in so she could learn more about other types, maybe befriend some new kinds of Pokémon. But who knows if Kai will have time for them, once she's in a park full of new fire types to encounter.

Corsen is a spunky, hot-headed individual who is incredibly competitive and quick-tempered. She packs both a quick punch and a flaring ego. When she's not stoking the flames of her mild narcissism, she's learning all she can about the creatures of her world! Fascinated by all types of Pokémon, Corsen quickly finds herself drawn to the oddities, but regardless of her personal preference she sees Pokémon as her friends more than simply objects she can use. Thanks to these new companions, slowly she's begun to be taken off her high-horse.. but she still has a long way to go on the journey of self-correction..

Corsen in general, despite her sarcastic tendencies and the "I'm better than you" glare, is quite the loyal friend, finding herself easily laying down her own moral qualms if it comes down to helping a friend in need. Ultimately she has quite a guarded personality, finding it hard to open up to new people. To fill this void of humanity in her life (because she's driven off most humans with her arrogance) she has chosen to fill it with the companionship of Pokémon. (Which isn't exactly ideal, but nobody tell her that)

about your trainer: Ali is a rather mild mannered, anxious trainer. She's a student studying pokemon biology, and has a great love of all the living things around her, from the tiniest weedle to the biggest wailord. Due to her spending a majority of her time lost in studies as opposed to in the field, the whole trainer aspect of pokemon is relatively new to her! She's a bit fearful, and clumsy, but is working very hard to be the best person she can be for her team!

Ali prefers pokemon companionship to human friends usually, but isnt entirely unwilling to strike up conversation- she's just a lil awkward, is all. She has a personal love of more 'disliked' pokemon, notably sableye and zubat. Despite her "oh gosh please dont do this" outlook, when she gets into a battle it's all out for Ali! Taking all their biological aspects into account, she's a force to be reckoned with for sure- if you can convince her to battle, that is.

about your trainer: kona, a native alolan with strong ties back to the islands' history, has been coddled by her doting mother for her entire life, despite her constant pleas to be allowed to explore the wonderous world of pokémon. it began as soon as she could talk, watching her older brothers follow in her father's footsteps - she couldn't understand why they were allowed pokémon so young, while she had to wait until she was thirteen to even get her starter. her entire childhood was spent rebelling against this unjust rule, venturing out into the wilds of alola even when she very well knew she wasn't allowed in search of pokémon. she'd received many lectures and came home with wounds she could never explain for years, but now kona has finally been set free from the shackles of her homeland to make her way in the world. leaving was bittersweet, but she seeks to bring honor to her family and make her father proud just as her brothers had.

about your trainer: Evelyn is a determined, strong-willed, somewhat bossy individual who’s got her heart set on catching the strongest, scariest, and coolest Pokémon out there and becoming one of the highest respected trainers out there. She has a soft spot for cute and cuddly of course, but her favorite types of Pokémon are the intimidating and deadly ones. She’s incredibly attached to the creatures she captures and that frequently makes it difficult for her to put them in battles unless she’s SURE that they can handle themselves, which is why she’s always hunting the toughest ones. She likes to put up a really rough and uncaring attitude in front of others because she prefers to keep people at arm’s length, and it can be a challenge to earn her trust. If you have it though she drops some of the act and ends up being a bit more goofy.
