What excites you about this job:
I've absolutely fallen in love with this species and want

How will you act with this job: Mature. I won't single out anyone just because of a personal grudge. If anyone does act up I will tell them kindly, but firmly what their mistake is and what the consequence will be. If the offense is strong enough, I will do act you, Emmigator.
What do you think your duties will be: Keeping the thread(s) active, making sure users behave, and enforcing the rules, as well as participating in and helping organize events.
What special qualities do you have to offer: I am a very level headed person and think things through before I act upon them. Also, I am very active on CS, spending 1-3 hours online a day, more on weekends.
Have you been a moderator for anywhere else: Yes I have, but the owners neglected the species and the artists stopped posting new designs, so it didn't last long.
What excites you about this job: Being able to interact more with the community and other users. I've missed out on a lot of opportunities and want to make sure I don't miss this one.

What do you think your duties will be: Perhaps helping people around with the lovely Belldandys, answering questions anyone has, making sure everyone is aware of the rules that you uphold, just making sure it's a nice and friendly place at any thread linked to this one, including this one itself. Basically making sure that people are enjoying what Belldandys have to offer in the safest and friendliest way as possible. :3

What special qualities do you have to offer: Apart from real life, I'm very social and open on the Internet. I'm mature and can think through situations to a solution as to where most people can be happy. I'm most willing to answer questions or help people around with the Belldandy community. I'm usually not a people person in real life, but as I said I'm a people person on the Internet, and I'm good at solving problems. I enjoy helping people greatly, so I'm more than willing to answer questions. Social interaction here I'm okay with. I usually appear as easy to talk to, so that should be helpful. I can put on nice impressions and give people a nice time, which goes to good reviews and all that stuff. I quite often have time to be online, so I'll be able to watch the threads regularly and make sure everything is under control. I'll be very attentive and check the threads with the time I have. I'm saying that I'll use it wisely. uwu

What excites you about this job: The fact that I can have more interaction with people, and watch as this community grows. Being able to help people is all I've ever wanted, so this gives me a chance, and I'm pretty excited about an open chance. :3 And at the same time I get to see as this gorgeous species grows as I stated above. It's just an opportunity I absolutely have to take.

How will you act with this job: I will act professionally, with a mature attitude and kindness to all users. It is good to be serious for serious situations, but sometimes one can be too serious and scare off people who might want to join the community. I don't want that; my attitude will reflect the situation but I will always be professional and mature. People will not be singled out and any and all rule-breaking situations will be handled immediately. Questions will be answered quickly and as thoroughly as possible.

What do you think your duties will be: A main duty as a mod is to keep this thread drama free and help with any commands that the owner has given. This includes rude comments, spam, theft and several other situations. It is also a mods duty to answer questions and clarify what people ask, so I must know this species by heart.

What special qualities do you have to offer: I offer kindness to everyone but a strict attitude when it comes to rule-breakers. I'm incredibly active and will always be watching this thread and all the other belldandy ones. Drama will be dealt with immediately and in a manner that will not cause stress or more drama to this or any other belldandy threads.
I've been on CS for almost four years and started to mod for users species around two years ago. I bring a lot of experience and knowledge about this certain subject.

Have you been a moderator for anywhere else: I have! I am currently a main mod for Zekis and a mod for Paint Tailed Pythons, TDs and Itaki Fish as well as Wolves of Creation, Mystics of Ladonia and several other dead species such as KAI and Lynxus Aurora . There are more, but they are no longer active.

What excites you about this job: to help this community grow! I absolutely love this species an don't want to see it die off.

How will you act with this job:
Well it really depends on the situation arising. Personally I feel like thread-mods only need to step in when a rule needs to be clarified or to take care of things that brush up against being harassment/rule-breaking, but don't quite hit it. If it's actually harassment or something that's clearly rules breaking (For most rules) then a moderator for the site should be involved. It really does come down to the situation though.

For example, if someone were to post something really spamy (e.g. A picture of a unicorn), I would just report the post for a mod to deal with because it's site problem, not specific to our adopt. However, if someone was trying to resell their Belldandy, I would step in and inform them that it isn't allowed before going to talk to you about it. If they continued to try and sell it, then I would once again contact a moderator about art theft and I imagine that it would get revoked, though that would be up to you.

What do you think your duties will be:
Settling minor fights, reminding people of the rules, possibly dealing with art theft from time to time. All in all it really depends on what comes up.

What special qualities do you have to offer:
Well besides past experience, I also have been on this site for quite awhile and understand most of the ins and outs. I'm on almost constantly and always checking in with things. I also consider myself to be pretty adapt at judging situations and with handling people.

I'm also a fairly adapt writer. Not sure if that's important or not.
