You wanted names...I'm giving you names.
I thought Mountain Prowlers because there hooves look as if the would be well suited to the mountains and their ears and fangs are quite prominent in my opinion so I figured I'd try leaning towards the dog/wolf side more than the equine side...if you get what i mean XD

Maz, this idea is soo great! Just pleassee don't let it die like I've seen great adoptions do before, just because someone famous around CS wasn't running it to get it the attention it needed. Maybe you could have small dangly items on their horns, depending on their personalities? Like if they were rude(etc), liked sharks & 'dark' stuff, they would have a shark tooth dangling from their horn, and maybe a moon fire-colored, etc.

The writing about him might help with the species name. If you highlight ant common traits withing the species etc...

How about...Knight Runners?
Maybe cause this on reminds me of Mid-Evil times with "knights". And since their horses
they run of course, so, "Runners". And the colors remind me of the night-time and since "Knight" sounds like "Night", well,
Then that settles it. <3 Sorry if that sounded confusing, lol. ^^
