Correct me if I'm wrong, but after an artist posts that a Mutato is closed to new entires, that means no new entries, correct? I'm wondering this because three people have posted forms in Mutato 103, and it closed on the 30th of July (16 days ago).

Once the artist has posted that the Mutato is closed to new entries, no new entries are allowed. Anything after will not be looked at, but any reserved entries before the post usually have some time to actually post their application.
