You guys growing has always been up to the artist on adoptables and the owners can request adult or foal lines for customs and breedings. It is not the artists job to make a foal then have to turn around a 'grow it up'. Its a lot of work and often foals don't look the same as adults. If you win or order a horse on foal lines then the artist has every right to charge extra for extra work.

I agree guys. Teresa typically grows her foals, and I try to always pay her another wishlist or two for when she does. Most adoptables have custom slots guys.
