how did you fix it?

Go to your control panel.
Type in 'Java' in the search bar.
When you click on Java goes to the security settings.
There should be a place where you can have an exception site list.
Click Add and type in the chicken smoothie address (make sure it doesn't say adoptables at the end)
Add it, it should fire up but don't worry it'll work.

That should fix it if you do it properly

don't work for me >.< but i lowered the security rate and now i can start chibipaint with a security warning
