This question has been nagging at me for quite some time, and I have finally got up the courage to post it ^_^

Would I be allowed to go and PM two people (that have JBD mates) to breed their JBD's for me? It would be sort of like them gifting the baby to me, but we would have agreed on it before the breeding even took place.
I don't know if this is allowed... and I searched and searched for it, but I didn't find anything against it or for it so... yeah XD
And if you were wondering, yes, I would be willing to pay the owners of the JBDs (in CS pets)

That'd be considered gifting. ^^ Of course, the beans would have to be mates. They couldn't just be two you bred for the fun of it.

To add onto what Mord said, the option of paying the parents for a baby, I don't think would be acceptable.
That sort of gives off the aura that the parents are auctioning off their baby to the highest bidder, which isn't take fondly among everyone. When parents gift a baby to a user, they do it because they trust the user, not because the user gave them pay. c:

Also remember we don't encourage people selling jbds or any kind here, they are not to be bought or wagered for. Knowing or being friends is a good way to be gifted, and sometimes these beans go up for adoption but it is frowned upon to sell said beans. We have ways of finding out, and strikes will be issued in cases like this, and the bean put up for adoption by staff.

I shall go on a hunt to find the mates that would make the perfect baby for me!
But I would feel bad if I didn't give them anything... Maybe I will just gift them art of their JBDs XD

Just to add on to this, (Sorry if it's spam, I thought it would be useful since no one mentioned it) if you find a JBD you like and try out for it and do not win it, don't give up. :3 Still be nice and cheerful! I know some people who got their first JBD from someone who gifted one to them from a Breeding because they thought they had an excellent form for a previous bean, despite not winning. (-Looks around- So not one of these people... murr)

Or sometimes, just becoming friends with people is the way to go. I know even though I don't have a bean, I'd certaintly gift one to my friend (Who's never asked this of me, ever; just chatting with each other, doing stuff together, even before I've had anything of worth) even for just being there to chat with me, (Even though we don't always chat) and I'm sure they'd do the same for me. c:
