Because I don't think forgotten hatchlings is much of an issue anymore (what with lifting the parra limit and putting a nursery slot system in place), the rules will be edited slightly. Instead of affecting all of your parras, the only parra than may not breed until the baby finds a home are the parents.

Also, opening two raffle slots! I'll close in a couple hours, then pick the two I'll be doing with a random number generator.
Make sure your form is completely and correctly filled out-- I'll be stricter than if this was fcfs because you don't have to rush.
