It's not retired, it just simply doesn't have a rarity anymore. Meaning it's like any other coloration design on a Kalon. ^^

Im Assuming It Now Has No Rarity Because The Rarities Are Edits And Heterochromia Is Not Much Of An Edit Its Just An Eye Colour?

Yep! Youll also notice sclera color has been removed as an edit too for the same reason. It gives more freedom to the artist with their designs. But remember you cant add heterochromia or sclera color without permission because it would be considered an unconfirmed revamp!
