Why should you be a mod?: Well first off, Hi. I am
someone who actually enjoys rules (though I can't say
I've never bent them.). I am event moding for the sima
summer event and I hope to be a mod in more species.
I currently own a roleplaying website and there are rules
there that I am enforcing. I have delt with people in
many different situations including banning and strikes
alike. I babysit and enforce house rules and deal
punishments that are fair and seemingly work.

Why should you be a mod?: First off, hello !! I'm blueh, nice to meet you c: I'm currently a mod for several species such as TD's, mystics of ladonia, wolves of creation, lynxus auras and many more !! I enjoy the job a lot, so I try and help out whenever i can. I have plenty of experience in all kinds of situations, and one of my greatest pet-peeves is when a thread is unorganized or cluttered with spam. Cleaning up these threads and making sure they're not overrun with unnecessary post is a great way to keep a species going !! I love seeing all the users of cs put their heads down and use the creativity that they posses to obtain something that is completely perfect in their eyes. This is a huge reason why i love the species on cs !! Everything is like a big family here and it's a great atmosphere to be in.
I like to think of my self as someone who can relate to a lot of things, but I honestly don't take well to people who breaks rules. When this happens, I'm strict and straight to the point. Sometimes it's just a little reminder but others, situations can get out of hand quickly and need to under control as fast as they can.
So, when I'm set to do something, i'm going to get it done.

This is very rude and considered spam. We, as a species and comminity, do not tolerate this type of behavor and disrespect towards others. We would really appericate it that you do not post things like this as it can and will offend the people that have taken the time and put a ton of effort into their forms. The artists and judges have not, and will never be biased to anyone because that is extremely unfair to those around them. We would very much appreciate if you think before you post next time.
(and if this had happened, i would pm char and ask for a strike or ban because behavior like this is completely unacceptable).

artists are not biased towards anyone, and that includes the staff members as well. The artist judges on how much effort you put into the adopt, not what position tha tyou might hold. Everyone that has posted has an equal chance to begin with at winning this plumie, so please think before you post something like this again.

Why should you be a mod?: I feel that I'm unbiased in situations, respond accurately often, and that I am active in the Chicken Smoothie community, this includes checking up on threads to see what others post and such. I don't have much of a temper, and love helping out. I've never been a mod, but I feel like I should be able to assume responsibility well if I do happen to be one.

I'm sorry but this is considered spam, and is extremely rude to not only the artists, and the person who has won this Plumerian. The artists chose the person who they believe deserved the Plumerian. There will always be other Plumerians up for adoption, and if you continue to try out for some, you may get one! Why should you be a mod?: Despite never actually holding just the position of being a mod, I have owned a few species, controlled an art shop without mods, and I have had minimal problems. owo I am open-minded to any kind of character: I have a friend who identifies as an otherkin, plenty of my friends identify with different genders and sexualities, and I am fairly consistent with using gender neutral terms to not offend anyone. Whenever I do not think I can handle a situation, I do ask someone else what they think I should do, or if they can handle it for me!

Customs are not readily available to my knowledge, and they seem to only be available during events and for staff members. If you would like to get a custom, keep your eye out for an event, or possibly fill out an staff application if they are open.

Staff applications can be found within the first post on this thread. If they are not open, just buckle in and wait patiently for an opening! Until then, keep practicing on designing characters, and that way, you will be ready when the Plumerians are looking for artists.

There is suspicion of this image possibly being a form of art theft. Art theft includes tracing an image that you did not draw yourself. I only ask that you remove it for now until it can be sorted out or we can confirm whether this is art theft or not.

Chin up! Staff have the same chances of winning as anyone else! If you feel discouraged by staff entering, just think of it this way: an employee at a fast food place has to wait in the same line as a customer when they aren't working and it's still the same product. Staff aren't more special because they work here, everyone has equal chances. All you have to do is work hard to live up to that chance! nwn If you would like help with your form and/or get feedback on it, you can go into the fanclub and see if anyone is doing commissions cheaply or willing to look at your form.

Why should you be a mod?: (past experience, how much time you have online, your personal moderating style, why you think you'd do well, etc ... Convince me!) I have LOTS of time online! (not counting school days, in school days I have a hour or two) Since I'm coppa, chicken smoothie isnt as fun for me . In just less than one year (thats when I started) I have learned a lot about chicken smoothie and enjoyed being coppa. I got to get pets by yoyce, but then, I accidentally made some mistakes I didn't notice and got banned from it... I'd do well cause, well idk ive never been a moderator... I would also like to make plumerians. Is that artist? I would rather be a artist a lot more but those are closed, to late ;-; I guess mods is fine. So deciding to be a mod! (Although I would still choose artist) (dont judge my drawings, I am too lazy to draw the details, but I would totally if I was an artist)

•I'm currently the mako archivist and have been noted for being diligent in my position. I haven't ever been told I'm slacking off and always update regularly. I also accepted the position as archivist without the expectancy of a custom and never asked about it.

• I currently work for Deersserts (artist/nursery artist/mod), Cadelorne's (artist/mod), Chinese Finchlings (artist/mod) and Wish dragons. I have also worked for other species in the past that have now retired.

• I check my cs pm's daily and handle them right away. I don't roleplay through cs pm's so theres no chance of cluttering or information getting lost alongside roleplay posts etc. I also keep separate folders for my cs pm's and organize those as well.

• To show lack of bias; I've been an artist for species before and in many cases good friends of mine have applied and yet not won
Deerssert orphan - Winner was Chim - moonlight_girl, Lirrie, and dragongoddest were all friends of mine who applied
Deerssert 99 - Winner was para' - para', cupcake frosting, and Poison wolf all won. Two users who weren't friends of mine won while my friends mango sherbet, Graham, and Aysan1 had all also been applying

Sorry but only staff are currently permitted customs. If you wish to have a custom of your own you can wait for a custom event such as the staff palette event ( however please do NOT urge staff to host custom events, they will do so when they have reason to).

Nevertheless the occasion of winning a custom is exceedingly rare, so I would recommend you wait for a plumerian you like to come along so you can try and adopt it, as even if you participate in a custom event it isn't guaranteed you'll win one.

Official artist positions are currently closed however you can wait to apply for a guest artist position in the future. When the front says guest artist positions are open that is when you can apply.

This comment is extremely hurtful to the winner who had obviously worked very hard on their own form to achieve their plumerian. The plumerian staff take bullying and bad sportsmanship very seriously. If you have nothing nice to say do not say it at all.
If you make a post like this again you may be punished by staff, as this is a very serious offence.

You will just have to learn from your mistakes in this competition and try harder in the next.

During the judging process staff will often have guest judges or other people help them judge to avoid bias. Staff are not given any privileges or special treatment during a competition, and all applications are reviewed and analyzed according to dedication, quantity, and quality. As long as you work hard, and make a unique, well thought out form, you will have a good chance of winning a plumerian.

Please do not post these sort of comments though, as it is disrespectful to staff and disheartening to any staff member who is applying for the design. They have as much right to compete as you do, and I can assure you all forms are weighed evenly regardless of the applicant.
