Note of changes;

- Nursery artists are now required to link back to the ticket on their nursery batches.
- Dwarfism breeding has been pushed forward, but we will make it happen as soon as possible when we have the time to make sure it's properly fleshed out.
- If it takes over a month for someone to post the names of their kits, the nursery artist responsible for the ticket should be notified so they can DM the user who posted the ticket. If the nursery artist cannot do that, they should let our archivist, alliure, know so they can dish out PMs.
