I'm sorry, this is not acceptable behavior, .3. The artist has chosen who they have chosen, there will be PLENTY more, and as a staff member and on behalf of everyone else, we are not biased, the winner won fairly, effort is always great to see in a form, plus pity parties are not a smart move.

Why should you be a mod?: I moderate for the Axis species, Zoids, Kamis, and Retro Dogs. (All of which can be found in my signature for links!) I spend a lot of time online 12 or upwards hours a day, and I really love learning all about the species that I work for, looking at all the new babies that are up for adoption, encouraging people to enter and advertising for the species. I'm just an overall friendly and helpful person, I love to answer questions about the species and lend a hand wherever I am able!

I'm sorry but tracing art is a form of art theft and is against CS rules. This post will be reported and I expect the CS mods will deal with it- though this offense will likely result in a ban from this species. You have my condolences, though please think twice before stealing art in any way, shape, or form! It greatly hurts the artist to see something they put their time and work into stolen.

No, please don't give up! Staff may enter from time to time but there is nothing set in stone that they will win! The best form always wins, fair and square, so just put your heart and soul into it no matter what, I know you can do it! Our artists are also not biased at all- everyone has a fair chance! Why should you be a mod?: I think that I should be a mod for three solid reasons-
1. I have been ( or am) a mod in at least 2 other adopts, of which ended up pretty good so far, and I found it fun keep track of the comments and stuff
2. I constantly stalk this thread for more plumerians, so I think that I would be able to keep up with the comments well.
3. Im good with words and arguing (lol)

Why should you be a mod?:

Plumerians are a beautiful species, and I want to see them prosper. I've seen too many adopts begin to thrive with a great community, great artists, great designs fall apart. It's often begun with corruption of the staff, with mods who are either too strict or not firm enough. Members leave, and everything is left to a few people, who either change all the rules so that the average users barely have any room to breathe, or no one cares to enforce the rules, causing the thread to be shut down by the CS mods. I'm not saying this will happen- Char, I'm sure you'll keep us healthy as a species and a community. However, I know how hard it is to run a large project by yourself without good people to help and support you. I don't know if I'm the best person for that job- I've only just joined the community. I have lurked for a while, but chances are I won't be accepted, since I have only just joined you guys, but I do hope that this species continues to grow, and that maybe, just maybe, I can help it do so as a mod. c:
As for experience, I've owned a few adoptables in the past, and I've been staff for a few things. I ran my own website years ago, which was shut down for personal reasons. I've been both a mini-mod and the owner of a few large threads. I have plenty of time online- I'm on for at least a few hours a day. During the school year it's brought down to 1-3 hours a day during the week, depending on my schedule. I do get on daily, though, and I'd do my best to be active with this species. <3

If you'd read the rules, located on the front page, you'd see that requesting customs is not allowed. Only staff are allowed customs; If you'd like to own a Plumie of your own, you can try out for an open one, or possibly win a custom in future raffles. However, please make sure to read the rules before posting.

Our artists are not biased. Just because a staff member has entered the competition doesn't guarantee that they'll win, or you'll lose. During judging, they are treated just as any other normal member would be.

Why should you be a mod?: Firstly, I've helped Specklez moderate her easter lineart shop. I also help moderate another species here on CS (although it's dead these days) and have run into a few pushy and confused people that need help. Ofter, the problem if that they don't understand what to do so I help to explain and try issuing them warnings for the future so they can avoid any future warnings.
When I moderate, I try not to be rude, but to stay stern so the person who is spamming or etc so they get the message through for the future.
I am on summer vacation so I am on almost all day. At the moment, my sleep cycle is a little off, but I'm still on for over 4 hours everyday and spend my time surfing the forums and such. Once school starts, I don't usually get on before school because I have no time, but once I get home, I'm on for about 2+ hours until I have to stop to do homework and chores.
I think I can do well in a moderator position because I can handle criticism, I have little tolerance for rude people, and I like to keep the forums a very rule enforced place. I can handle somebody calling me rude or annoying if they do happen to get angry at me for warning them. I know how to act and how not to act in certain situations and try to make sure that everyone is obedient of the rules around this thread and all of CS forums.

The judges are the ones who decide who wins. They always look for the right person and this didn't happen to be you. Please try to be more polite and realize that you will not win all the time. If you really want a Plumie, keep trying. Don't give up after 1 failed attempt.

The judges here are trained not to be bias. They pick the best form, no matter if they are a normal member or a moderator. If you post a form, you will have a chance to win. Moderators are only picked if the judge(s) think their form is the best, not because they are moderators.

For a start, I love plumerians. They are a really stunning species. I am a moderator for quite a few species, and have been readily involved with a species called 'Docksens' since 2012. Since they have closed, I've been looking for a new place to get involved in. I love to help people, and I am a calm and, so I like to think, a positive influence on people. I try to be kind and understanding in all situations, as you can never be certain why an event is happening until you understand the full extent.
