So...since I has no idea what to do (dun judge me, I've never won something on an adoptable thats a raffle for customs x3)
Do I have to PM someone with like, a form or something for the custom to be made, or something? I'm not sure xD

XD Yea, Shannon, you can ask an artist to do your custom with how you want it to look, you can have minor line edits but no custom lines! :3 Remember some artists are not able to do your custom, like myself for example. But you may ask any one you wish.
