Hey guys, I'm thinking it'd be best to implement a new rule.

You know everyone can own unlimited WTEs? I'm not taking that away, but for the sake of hoard decreasing, I'm going to make additional whip-tail "slots" cost a teensy bit.

It will only be like an uncommon or something, but just so people can keep a check on how many the own/adopt :3
