Territory Description: In the jungle like forest to the east of Midnights den there live a group of cats. They call themselves EchoClan but most outsiders just call them crazy. They live deep in a cavern with a beautiful lake in the middle. Dens are dug into the walls for the cats to sleep, and store herbs in. The leaders live in a ancient den maid by the twolegs. Healers move into the moonden soon after apprenticeship. It is said that this island in the middle of the lake holds the spirits of their ancestors and is the gateway between their world and the world of the living. There is very little prey so deep in the ground so to go hunting cats must climb the stone steps that lead to the forest. Out in the forest there are many landmarks. Including the herb patch, where healers find most of the clans herbs. A crystal clear river flows into the cavern lake. There are also many smaller caves and ruins left to the vines and tree rots by the twolegs long ago.

If asked where they live, the cats would answer that their home is the sea. Their territory expands as far as the eye can see over the blue waves of the water. Technically, their home is much smaller and much less impressive. It’s an old, wooden pirate ship on which they sail all around the world with their crew. Often they stop on a small island where their boat can get repairs and they can spend their treasures. It’s not exactly their territory, but it feels like home. They actually don’t spend any time in the sea itself. Most of the cats cannot swim and would make you walk the plank for even suggesting they try.
For most of the time life on the sea is rather uneventful and they have to face threats no more scary than seagulls. The birds keep trying to steal their food and generally are simply annoying, but mostly harmless. It all changes when the anchor is dropped and they get to explore a new island, oftentimes inhabited by dangerous animals and clans of wild cats that do not appreciate intruders. But they do not fear. In every port a new adventure awaits.
