So going back to the breeding info, if two Momuroku had strong feelings of hatred towards each other would that be able to breed a child with a percentage of hatred or must there be positive emotions between the two to breed?

i wouldn't think so! even if their relationship was a love/hate one, only strong positive feelings of affection would cause their offspring to manifest. it was super unclear in the gen II info but the kids don't manifest as the emotion the parents felt towards each other but instead as an emotion of one of the two parents, and sometimes even the in between s of the two. HOPE THAT HELPED!!
