To Anoymous: From Truffle

There are not enough days to show you
How much I love you
But I'll spend the rest of my days
telling you how much I do


Truffle sighed as she reread the poem again and again.She had been up all night trying to find the right words to say but this is all she had. And in her heart she knew it was all she could write and the right words to say. She didn't know if her confession of love would be returned but she hoped to god it would. She gave a shuddering sigh before building up the corauge to press send. And so she did. Now all she had to do was wait and pray that she wouldn't look like a complete fool.

She didn't know how long she sat there refreshing her inbox, but her eyes started to ache when the sun began to dip down into the horizine. She sighed realizing she wasn't gonna get a reply that night, she started to get ready for bed, a bit dishearten. Just as she was gonna turn her computer off along with her lights, her computer dinged!

Nervous and a bit excited, she hurriedly went over to her computer, and pulled up her email. Inhaling quickly, as she saw the name of the reply, she clicked it and started to read. Her heart began to drop and her eyes started to water as she read. Once she was finished, she gave a gasp before slamming her computer shut, and giving a loud sob before turning the lights outs and plopping into bed, tears sliding down her face. She felt like a fool, as the email went through her head again, "Sorry, I only want to be friends, Truffle". This hadn't gone at all like she planned.

Joanna to eunkyung's Yujin

Joanna heard the loud thumps of her heart as she stood in front of the tall, handsome kalon. They had known each other for a while now, but her love for him was driving her crazy. She took in a deep, long breath before looking down at the crumpled love letter dangling between her fingers. Perhaps the poem was too cheesy? She didn't want to embarrass herself by reading a cheesy poem to the boy. She crumpled the love letter and dropped it to the ground, the letter hit the ground with a small sst sound. Joanna didn't need a pre written letter to prove her love for Yujin. There was a long awkward silence as the two stood motionless.

"Y-Yujin..." She stammered. Joanna was starting to regret this, what if Yujin ends up hating her? She'll screw everything up. But she couldnt hold in her love for him any longer, she was going crazy. Words poured out of Jo's mouth before she could stop herself. "You always told me to take risks right? Well I guess I'm going to take my chance. You said you liked people who take risks, so I guess I'm going... " Joanna inhaled a sharp breath and tucked a strand of loose hair behind her ear. She was starting to blabber endlessly, but she couldn't control herself. Her love for him couldn't be explained in a thousand words.
"I don't know how this happened, but you just... You make me so happy when you're around. And I know you have your imperfections, but I love the imperfections the most about you because that's what makes you... You." Her eyes met with Yujin's demanding eyes and she felt her words falter. She was sure that Yujin didn't feel the same about her. Yujin is wanted and loved.. And I'm... I'm rather plain. Joanna winced at the awkward silence that filled the atmosphere again. She had ruined everything. Maybe she shouldn't have spoke at all.
"I love you..." Her words were almost inaudible. Joanna bit her lip hopelessly as tears filled her eyes and trai.ed down her face. Yujin took a slow step towards Jo and suddenly she panic creep onto her.
"Im so sorry! I shouldn't have said anything at all... I really hope I didn't make you... Regret being friends with me." Joanna opened her mouth to spill out more excuses but was immediately stopped by Yujin. He gently placed a hand on her face and wiped her tears away. (More like just smearing it across her face)
"I don't regret anything. I don't regret coming up to talk to you the first day I met you," he whispered as he leaned in towards her, placing his forehead on hers.
"You know... Maybe you think your plain, but I disagree. I thought I was lost in this lonely world, the only love I knew was the love of hatred and pain. I never knew what real love was until I met you. Your smile and the way you twirl your fingers in your hair when you're nervous.... that's what I find beautiful. Do you want to hear a little secret?" Yujin smiled before pulling her into a kiss.
"I have loved you longer than you have loved me."

I'm a nonowner so I'll be using Pip and Amorette :>

Amorette folded the note in half, sighing. There was no question who had sent her this. Pip had always been head-over-heels for her, and it was no secret. Besides, the grey kalon was never good at writing poems. That was also, no secret.
Amorette sighed again. She had more important things to do than read silly notes. This kalontines thing was fun, but required lots, and lots, of work. She couldn't be wasting her time on random kalons, much less one who was never serious. Honestly, the whole letter must have been a joke.

Pip thought otherwise.
This was the one time they would be serious. It started as a joke, but Pip found themselves starting to actually fall for Amorette.
Pip shook their head. writing a poem was a bad idea. What had they been thinking? Amorette, or anyone else, would never believe them. Even if Pip wrote a paragraph depicting how much they truly love her, she still wouldn't take them seriously. They had gotten too much of a reputation.
Pip hung their head. This would never work out, would it.

CONTINUATION OF DAY ONE
DAY ONE POST HERE


Whisper looked down at her feet, her ears flat against her head. Not once had she ever admitted to loving someone, the word itself felt like a taboo to her. It was as if she couldn't have love after everything that she went through in her life.. Like she didn't deserve it. But yet here she stood, pouring her heart out to Drasil.

Now the hardest part was what he would say back to her. Would he accept her as she was? Would he believe her? Millions of thoughts ran through the chaos of her mind. Over the course of knowing him, he had become so fixed in her life and changed her so much.. She didn't know how'd she would react eitherway. So there she stood, terrified and without her typical armor.

Whisper looked up at him with large eyes, her lip trembling. She almost protectively held herself, trying to relax. And then it happened.. Drasil reached out and ruffled her hair... Something that she had become happily accustomed to. This was a sure sign of affection from him. This sign was enough to quiet her fears, even though tears started to well up in her eyes.

Whisper moved forward, burying her face into his chest. The warmth he gave off soothing her. They embraced like that for what felt like eons.. And honestly that was perfect to Whisper.

Vivian smiled over as Astra read through the note. Shelooked over to her a wide smile on his face. Viv blushed and shyly walked over, her ears down. "I love the poem, thank you so much Viv.." Astra smiled slightly. Vivian looked at her, her face crimson red. "I', glad you liked it.." She spoke slowly. Astra nuzzled her cheek slightly. "Should we get going then?" She asked looking at Vivian. She noddded meekly and followed behind her slowly. Their tails brushing against eachother. The day came to a slow end, they enjoyed every part of it together. And savoured each moment. Their day consisted of walking through the forest together, and getting lost together. Going swimming and playing in the river. Their night ended with them cuddling with eachother infront of a fireplace. ;w;
