how do we sign up to adopt?

You click on one of the horses with "Adopt Me" next to them and fill out the form given. There are often different types of contests that you'll be competing in to adopt that particular horse, and the artist of that Sveldala will be judging by their own standards, be it most effort, prettiest form, best name, etc.

Keep in mind though that some contests will not allow you to add extras (Like art or writing) and others won't allow you to make the form prettier. If you need me to explain further than feel free to PM me and I can give you a little more detail on how it works ^^
