The deviant artist who posted the photograph for the second has said that the copy right goes to her but everyone is allowed to use the image without notifying her as long as you link back to deviantart page: http://venomxbaby.deviantart.com/ She and I have talked in the past and she hopes that people do enjoy her photos. She hopes more people uses them as refs which is why she has her rules as they are. The only reason she has copy right is so that people don't steal her stock photos but she does let those who credit her use them. I can post all her rules as well if you want.
